We went to Nanos, Šmarna Gora and Pohorje to get inspiration for the packaging design of the new 1001 CVET herbal teas.
The image used on the packaging was created to reflect the style of wooden mountain cottages and dried herbs. We have preserved the distinctive coloured circles to ensure a cohesive look across all packaging in the refreshed 1001 CVET line of teas. In addition to the packaging, we also designed the mountain-top tea logo.
The image of mountain cottages and herbs captured on the packaging
Šmarna Gora, Nanos and Pohorje teas are mountain-top teas named after the very same mountains on which their ingredients were grown. They predominantly contain herbs that are typical of those areas. Lime and elder are dominant in Šmarna Gora tea, while rosemary, karst savory and fennel are captured in a tea called Karst Bora of Nanos. For Pohorje tea, the hemp, anise and thyme are used.
Images of wooden mountain cottages and dried herbs are featured on the boxes of mountain-top teas.
