The first interaction with a customer is the exterior image of a company, it could be a logo, webpage, advertisement, packaging ect. This interaction happens before a customer even gets the chance to speak to one of the company’s employees. Therefore, a subconscious opinion is already formed in the mind of our customers, before we even interact with them.
